1. Acceptance

By using Icubya (mobile app or website), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Icubya connects fans with partner shops to purchase merchandise, tickets, airtime, and related products. Partners are responsible for fulfilment of their products unless otherwise stated.

3. Accounts

You may browse and checkout as a guest. Optional phone sign-in creates a fan account linked to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party mobile-money providers (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money). You authorize us to initiate payment requests to your wallet for confirmed orders. All prices are shown before you pay.

5. Refunds & disputes

Refund eligibility depends on product type and partner policy. Contact support@icubya.com with your order number for assistance.

6. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or interfere with other users or partners.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the mobile app or our web deletion page.

9. Limitation of liability

Icubya is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from partner fulfilment delays or mobile-network issues.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
